The general body meeting was held on Sunday, June 5th, 2011 at 1575 Tremont Street, Boston, to elect a new executive committee (EC) for Bangla-O-Biswa. A notice of the meeting and election was circulated in advance to all members. The current Executive Committee (EC) reported on last year’s activities including the financial status. The members present at the meeting provided valuable feedback and numerous suggestions for the upcoming year. The members also elected the new EC from July 2011 to June 2012:
